Business Process Improvement Supervisor
Job Description:
- Evaluate current business workflows to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies.
- Identify opportunities to implement technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Design, sustain, and analyze dashboards and KPI boards to surface performance issues and validate process improvements.
- Supervise and mentor direct reports, reviewing their work and supporting their professional development.
- Create user-friendly SOPs, process maps, and training materials. Lead cross-functional teams through change, ensuring user adoption.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years in business process improvement, operations analysis, or a related role
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma
- Proven experience in coaching, guiding, or supervising staff
- Proficiency in CargoWise; experience with driving automation by leveraging technology
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, functions, and macros.
